Studies: born 1977 in Heidelberg, high school diploma in Mannheim, studies of Law at the University of Heidelberg (1998 – 2004, focus on business and tax law) and junior lawyer (Referendar) in Frankenthal (Rhineland-Palatinate) 2005 - 2007 (focus on tax law, including at two tax consulting firms in Heidelberg).
Attorney: from 2008 until 2010 Attorney in the accounting firm optegra:hhkl GmbH, Munich (tax and corporate law designing of structured financing, due diligence – audits, designing of corporate contracts and corporate sales contracts, memos concerning tax law), 2011 – 2012 Attorney at the business law firm bnt attorneys-at-law, Kiev (international business law, international tax and corporate law, business development, cross-border investments, Law of bi-/multilateral agreements) and since 2012 with Hohmann Rechtsanwälte.
Law areas in which he is active: customs law (EU/USA), export control law (EU/USA), international contract law (especially international sales contracts, private international law), law of international product marketing (especially: international sales, distributor and franchise law, export financing, export securities), tax law (especially double taxation, VAT, international tax law – outbound/inbound), investment protection, international law (EU- and WTO Law, support for questions concerning Indian Law).
